Who's a Full House Rewire for and why ?

A full electrical rewire involves replacing outdated wiring, sockets, switches, consumer units, and other electrical components throughout a property. Over time, electrical installations can deteriorate, become overloaded, or fail to meet modern safety requirements, increasing the risk of electrical faults, shocks, and fires.

A rewire ensures that your property's electrical system is safe, reliable, and capable of meeting the demands of modern living. Many older properties were not designed to support today's electrical usage, including high-powered appliances, home offices, electric vehicle chargers, and smart home technology.

By carrying out a full rewire, we bring your electrical installation up to current industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with the latest edition of the BS 7671 Wiring Regulations. This includes upgrading earthing and bonding arrangements, installing modern circuit protection such as RCDs and RCBOs, and ensuring all circuits are correctly designed and tested.

The benefits of a full rewire include:

• Improved electrical safety for your family, tenants, or employees
• Reduced risk of electrical fires and faults
• Compliance with current UK electrical regulations
• Increased reliability and performance of your electrical system
• Greater capacity for modern appliances and technology
• Enhanced property value and marketability
• Peace of mind through comprehensive testing and certification

Upon completion, all work is fully inspected, tested, and certified, providing confirmation that the installation meets current safety standards and is suitable for continued use.

Whether you're renovating an older property, purchasing a home with outdated electrics, or simply looking to improve safety and efficiency, a professional rewire is a valuable long-term investment in your property.
